For copyright holders
Dear Rights Holders,
According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 9, 2006 "On Copyright and Related Rights" (with amendments and additions). Extrajudicial measures to stop the violation of copyright and (or) related rights in information and telecommunication networks, including the Internet, taken at the request of the copyright holder:
- The rightholder, if an Internet site site is found in information and telecommunication networks, including the Internet, on which information containing copyright and / or related rights or information is posted on the Internet without his permission or other legal basis required to receive them using information and telecommunications networks, including the Internet, may send a copyright and / or related rights infringement to the site owner on the Internet (in writing or in electronic form) e - the application). The application can be sent by a person authorized by the right holder in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
- The application must contain:
- information about the right holder or the person authorized by the right holder (if the application is sent by such person) (hereinafter referred to as the applicant):
- for an individual - last name, first name, middle name, passport details (series and number, issued by whom, date of issue), contact information (telephone and / or fax numbers, e-mail address);
- for a legal entity - the name, location and address, contact information (telephone and (or) fax numbers, e-mail address);
- information about the object of copyright and (or) related rights posted on the website on the Internet without the permission of the copyright holder or other legal grounds;
- an indication of the domain name and / or network address of the site on the Internet, on which information containing the object of copyright and / or related rights, or information necessary to obtain it using information, is placed without the permission of the right holder or other legal basis telecommunication networks, including the Internet;
- an indication that the copyright holder has rights to the object of copyright and (or) related rights posted on the website on the Internet without permission of the copyright holder or other legal basis;
- an indication of the absence of the copyright holder’s permission to post on the Internet site information containing the object of copyright and (or) related rights, or information necessary to obtain it using information and telecommunication networks, including the Internet;
- the applicant's consent to the processing of his personal data (for the applicant - an individual).
- information about the right holder or the person authorized by the right holder (if the application is sent by such person) (hereinafter referred to as the applicant):
- If the application is filed by an authorized person, a copy of the document (in written or electronic form) confirming its authority is attached to the application.
- In case of detection of incomplete information, inaccuracies or errors in the application, the owner of the site on the Internet has the right to send the applicant within twenty-four hours from the date of receipt of the application a notice to clarify the information submitted. This notification may be sent to the applicant once.
- Within twenty-four hours from the moment of receiving the notification specified in part 4 of this article, the applicant takes measures aimed at filling the missing information, elimination of inaccuracies and errors, and sends the specified information to the site owner on the Internet.
- Within twenty-four hours from the moment of receiving the application or the information specified by the applicant (in the case of sending the notification specified in paragraph 4 of this article to the applicant), the owner of the Internet site deletes the information specified in part 1 of this article.
